Volunteers to help with all the various booths and activities that take place during our annual fair are needed. No specific skills are necessary, simply your time and hard work, to make our fair a success once again in 2025. We have updated the way we start-up and close down the fair each evening which should require less time for volunteers each night. Mentioned below are just a few of the activities that volunteers usually help with. Please call Flo Kelly at (412) 818 - 3169 or fill out a volunteer form, found in the bulletin, if you feel you can give your time in any of the following areas: Games & other booths, Food stands (such as Donuts, Funnel Cakes, etc), Bingo room, Flea Market, Ticket Sales.....
Saint Paul of the Cross - Fair Setup / Take Down
Setup dates: Tuesday, June 3rd - Sunday, June 8th
Takedown date: June 15th
The Fair committee is looking for help prior to and following the actual week of the fair. For the weekdays of the 3rd through the 6th the start time for the setup work is 6:00 PM until around 8:30 PM. For Saturday and Sunday June 7th and 8th, we start around 9:00 AM and usually finish at 4:00 PM or earlier. Any and all help would be extremely appreciated with this work. [No specific skills needed.]
We also need a lot of help on the day after the fair, June 15th. On this day we usually get started by 8:30 AM and work until everything is taken down and stored away. The more help we get, even for a few hours, the faster the takedown can proceed. Please call Dan Schneider at (412) 523 - 3480 if you can help with Set up and/or take down.
