Welcome to Saint Paul of the Cross Parish!

Effective July 1, 2019, the faith communities of Saint Anne Church and Saint Winifred Church were merged to create Saint Paul of the Cross Parish. Through the intercession of Saint Paul of the Cross, we strive to understand the passion, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ as we live out the Gospel through word and deed.

Founded in 1889 Saint Anne Church is the oldest Catholic Church in the South Hills. We are a Catholic community where together we seek to proclaim and live the Gospel by loving and serving as Jesus teaches us to do. We are committed to growing our faith through the Sacraments, drawing us closer to Christ.

Saint Winifred Church has grown into a strong, vital, faith-filled worshiping community.  We continue to pray through the intercessions of Saint Winifred, that we will grow and prosper in remaining faithful to the mission of spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Sacraments

The Sacraments that we celebrate are each an outward sign of God's sanctifying grace on our souls. We experience them both physically and mystically. Through them, God imparts his divine grace which enters into our souls and transforms us, helping us to live a life that is pleasing to God so that we strive to spend eternity with him in heaven.
