Almost three years ago, every parish in the Diocese of Pittsburgh participated in the initial Disciple Maker Index (DMI). This survey helped shape our current Parish Pastoral Plans and guided our journey of discipleship. Now, the second DMI survey has launched across the diocese, and we need your voice once again!
This is the exact same survey that parishioners took during Lent of 2023. The primary purpose of this second assessment is to measure the impact and growth of our evangelization efforts since that initial survey. Your honest feedback is essential for understanding where we have successfully grown and where we still need to focus our energies.
The results of this DMI "retake" will enable our parish leadership to review and revise our current plans in light of Bishop Eckman’s vision: that all parishes embrace the call to serve others through faith and works of charity. This data will help us ensure that the spiritual and corporal works of mercy remain front and center in the life of our parish community.
