Parish Fair and Flea Market Update 5/12/2022 The Parish Fair is back! Mark you calendars and save the dates of June 13-18Once again it will be held on the grounds of the former Saint Anne School. Contact Rudy Richtar with questions about the event rudysmoke@comcast.net. 

May 13 Update:  
  •  If you haven’t already, you will soon be receiving Raffle tickets in the mail. Since the Cash Raffle goes such a long way in ensuring the financial success of the Carnival, we are asking that all registered families do their best to either purchase or sell all the tickets you receive. If you return the ticket stubs and money by 4:00PM Friday, May 27th, you will be eligible for a $50.00 cash prize.
 
  • If you have time to volunteer for this weeklong event,  click HERE to add your name to our list of volunteers.  A fair chairperson will contact you and specific duties will be assigned according to need. Please note: you must be registered with the Pittsburgh Catholic Diocese and considered "compliant" to help with this or any activity in the parish. Call Sue Novelli with questions about volunteer clearances (412)531-5964.
 
  • Setup and takedown: Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. If you can spare even a few hours, please contact Dan Schneider (412) 523-3480.  Help is needed for the on the following dates and times:
    • June 7th-10th from 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM.
    • Saturday and Sunday, June 11th and 12th from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. 
    • June 19th (the day after the fair) we begin taking things down at 8:30 AM and continue until everything is stored away.
            
  • Donations of handmade items, gift baskets, or specialty gifts are needed to make our Chinese Auction a success. When you bring your donation to the parish office, please include your name and phone number. Donations will be accepted through June 10th.
 
  • Purchase ride tickets after all the Masses (beginning May 22nd) and in the rectory office, during regular office hours, at a discounted price. While supplies last, a sheet of 10 tickets is $20.00 during this pre-sale event. The pre-sale ends June10th.
 
  • Please set aside your unwanted treasures and donations. Those items, usable and in good shape, can be dropped off to the flea market trailer until Thursday, June 2, from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.  For those not familiar the trailer is parked in the Saint Anne church lot behind the convent. DO NOT BRING
    • bowling balls
    • tires or other auto parts
    • medical equipment
    • computers or televisions
    • exercise equipment
    • CLOTHING
