Oktoberfest

Oktoberfest
Join us for an evening of tasty German food, live music, beer, wine and fellowship
on the St. Anne church grounds

 

Friday, September 20th
6:00 - 10:00 PM
Dinner served 6:30 - 7:30 PM

  
 

Tickets are $40.00 per person and include:

A buffet-style dinner catered by Atria's Restaurant (view menu below)
Two  drink vouchers for your choice of beers from Penn Brewery or German wine options, as well as pop & water 
Entertainment by the musical group The Barons
 
Beginning the weekend of August 10th and 11th, members of our Oktoberfest committee will be outside after all Masses to answer any questions you may have about the event and sell tickets. You must be over 21 to attend this event. You may pay for your ticket with cash or check.

If you are interested in helping out with our Oktoberfest event, please make sure you are eligible with Don Fontana (email him at dfontana@stpaulofthecross.com) and then contact Jim Stein at 412-979-6976 or Joan Kilgore at 412-531-5964.

Sponsors

For a contribution of $100.00, you or your business can sponsor this event.  You will be recognized in the Saint Paul of the Cross Parish weekly bulletin for 3 consecutive weeks (beginning the weekend of September 14th - 15th), you/your business will be recognized on signage at the event and acknowledged by the emcee at the beginning of the evening and again during set breaks for the band.  Sponsor forms can be picked up in the parish office and should be returned no later than September 6th to be listed in the September bulletins.

For a contribution of $100.00, your business will be recognized in the Saint Paul of the Cross Parish weekly bulletin for 3 consecutive weeks beginning the weekend of September 14th - 15th.
